No! We welcome all undergraduate to attend this conference. This conference is also open to graduate students, program staff, faculty, and graduate school representatives; however, only undergraduate students are invited to present.
Absolutely, but it is very important that you notify us on your registration! If something changes after you have already completed your registration please notify us via email.
The Conference and Event Center of Niagara Falls and the University at Buffalo (UB) are approximately 20 driving minutes apart from each other. To learn about UB we encourage attendees to participate in the optional tour taking place Thursday July 27th. Leaving Niagara Falls at 8:15am, busses will provide no-cost transportation to UB. Once at UB tour guides will be available until it is time for the busses to provide return transportation to Niagara Falls. Interest in this tour should be indicated on your registration form.
Please note that all early bird conference registration payments of $350 per attendee are due by June 23, 2017. Starting June 24, 2017 general registration payments of $375 per attendee will be charged. Payments can be made by check, money order, purchase order or credit card (Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express).
Registration fees paid in advance are refundable after the conference (less processing charge of $200) if written notice of cancellation is received/faxed on or before July 7, 2017. No requests for refunds or reductions in registration totals will be accepted after July 7, 2017. Written cancellations must be faxed or e-mailed to Dr. Susan J.
