The group rate for conference attendees has been set at $152.00 per night and will be guaranteed for any hotel rooms booked prior to June 20, 2016 or until the block is filled. Use the Airport Taxi Service for direct pick-up and drop-off between Conference Hotels and the Buffalo/Niagara Airport. This service runs 24 hours a day and is available right outside of the airport Baggage Claim area. There is no need to make a reservation since the Airport Taxi Service is the exclusive cab service for the Buffalo/Niagara Airport. Each cab can accommodate 4-5 people.
When you arrive at the Buffalo Airport, go to the Ground Transportation Desk. Once you have your baggage, the agent will escort you to a cab. The driver that takes you to the Conference Hotel will be happy to make arrangements for your return to the airport.
